While we strive for high accuracy (90%+), these insights are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Our analysis is based on established patterns and AI algorithms which may occasionally produce false positives or false negatives.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your decisions and actions, including whether to click on links, provide personal information, or interact with any message or application. Vizillo AI does not guarantee 100% protection against all cyber threats.

2. User Content

2.1 Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you post or contribute to Vizillo AI.com (Vizillo AI). By posting content, you grant Vizillo AI.com (Vizillo AI) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vizillo AI.com (Vizillo AI), its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of funds, security breaches, or any damages resulting from:

• Interactions with third-party links or services identified by the app;
• Unauthorized access to your data or device via third-party exploits.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the platform during the six months preceding the claim.
